Meet Car City West General Manager Mark Cowart! Mark has been in the car business for over 25 years and loves it! Mark feels fortunate that one of his lifetime best friends has owned Car City for over 15 years & decided to expand & Open Car City West, providing Mark the opportunity to manage & operate the new location in Clive. Mark strives daily to demonstrate honesty, sell good cars, & stand behind their customers. He has developed a sales team that also shares the same values & loves their jobs just as much as he does. Mark looks forward to getting to know you and offer you the best customer service out there!

Jason Hoeke
Finance Manager

Jason Hoeke joins Car City West as a Finance Manager and consultant in the Automotive Industry. With over 12 years of experience in finance and sales, and applying a strong expertise in customer service, Jason’s goal is to provide an enjoyable automotive buying experience and to meet all your financial needs.

Prior to joining Car City West, Jason was a National Sales Manager with On The Block.com ..where he consulted automotive dealerships on various marketing strategies.

Previous to this position, Jason was a Finance Manager at Willis Auto Campus in Des Moines, Ia.

Jason holds a Finance and Insurance license and is available to answer any questions you may have.
